Our Solution offerings
Intumescent Coating
A type of fire-resistant paint or passive fire protection material. When exposed to high heat or fire, it swells up (intumesces) and forms a thick, insulating char layer that protects the material underneath—usually steel structures, wood, or other construction elements.
Fire Rated Partitions
constructed walls or barriers designed to resist the spread of fire and smoke for a specific period of time. They’re critical components in buildings for compartmentalizing fire, protecting escape routes, and giving occupants more time to evacuate safely during a fire
Passive Fire Stopping Systems
built-in components or materials designed to prevent or slow the spread of fire and smoke through openings and joints in fire-rated walls, floors, and ceilings—without needing any manual or mechanical activation.
Fire Rated Ceilings
ceiling assemblies that are specifically designed and constructed to resist fire for a set period of time, just like fire-rated walls or partitions. They help prevent the vertical spread of fire between floors or into concealed spaces like attics or ceiling voids
Drywall Partitions and Ceilings
It’s commonly used to build interior walls and partitions in buildings. Drywalls are quick to install, provide a smooth finish, and can be fire-rated or moisture-resistant depending on the type
Mechanical and Static Fire Curtain Applications
passive fire protection systems made from fire-resistant fabric. They deploy or remain in place to block fire and smoke from spreading through openings like doorways, lobbies, staircases, or atriums.
Supply of Promatect-H Calcium Silicate Boards to the Public
a non-combustible, cement-bonded calcium silicate board used for fire protection and insulation. It’s designed to protect steel, concrete, and timber structures from fire damage, keeping them structurally sound for longer. It is now available for public supply through GenesisFP

F.A.Q.
How often should fire protection systems be inspected and maintained?
Fire protection systems should be inspected and tested regularly in accordance with NFPA standards and local fire codes. For example:
-
Fire extinguishers: Monthly checks, annual maintenance
-
Sprinkler systems: Quarterly to annual inspections
-
Fire alarms: Semi-annual or annual inspections
Professional service providers can create a tailored maintenance schedule for your facility.
Who is responsible for fire safety in a commercial building?
The building owner, property manager, or business operator typically holds responsibility for fire safety compliance. This includes maintaining systems, training staff, conducting fire drills, and keeping up-to-date records of inspections.
Are fire protection services required by law?
Yes. Commercial buildings must comply with local fire codes, building codes, and national standards such as those set by the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and OSHA. Non-compliance can lead to fines, shutdowns, and increased liability.
What should a commercial fire protection plan include?
A comprehensive plan should cover:
-
Risk assessment and hazard identification
-
Installation of appropriate fire protection systems
-
Routine inspections and maintenance
-
Employee fire safety training
-
Emergency evacuation procedures
-
Documentation and compliance records
How do I choose a fire protection service provider?
Look for a provider that is licensed, experienced, and certified in your jurisdiction. Check for customer reviews, 24/7 emergency support, and whether they offer full-service solutions—from system design and installation to inspection and repair.
